Plain-language terms
How Tayyari works, and what it does not do.
What Tayyari is
Tayyari is a free planning tool and vendor directory for events in the Greater Toronto Area, operated by SocialDots Inc. It helps you build a budget and checklist and send enquiries to vendors.
What Tayyari is not
Tayyari does not book vendors, take payments or deposits, or guarantee availability, prices or quality. A vendor appearing in the directory is not an endorsement, and an enquiry is a message, not a booking.
Budgets are estimates
Plans and budgets are planning estimates based on the answers you give and general assumptions. They are not quotes. Vendors set their own prices, and anything marked price on request is unconfirmed until the vendor tells you.
Vendors are independent
Vendors are independent businesses. Any agreement, price, contract or dispute is between you and the vendor. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish about themselves.
Your account and conduct
Keep your sign-in details private and give accurate information. Do not use Tayyari to send spam, abusive messages or anything unlawful. We may limit or close accounts that do.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. Questions can go to hello@tayyari.ca. Ontario law applies.
Draft terms for review before launch; this is not legal advice.
